Ever feel like there is no outlet for all the thoughts you have in one day?
Like they are all just pacing back and forth between your mind and heart?
So if the mind and heart are so busy trying to make sense of all our thoughts, then what is the body doing?
The body, somehow in some way, is bringing the concept of “creativity” to life.
But this word “creativity.”
It automatically brings us to the belief that only the select “chosen ones” can understand this word. As if this word can only be attached to the ones that are “gifted.” As if its some type of foreign language.
What we misunderstand though is that creativity is not measured by the brush strokes on a painting or the swift movements of a dancer.

Creativity was never meant to be boxed into a category. Or even be measured.
Its actually meant to be anything that releases your inner artistry.
So either it be the doodles you create on the side of your paper during a meeting or class. Or the new spices you are experimenting with on a recipe, its your form of art to the Universe.
Think about it.
Ever notice how you feel right after you got done dancing your heart away? Or after you just got done singing your favorite song at the top of your lungs? Or even after you got done writing your thoughts on paper for the first time?
It’s just us. Being us. In what ever form it may be.
Just an outlet for this continuance cycle we exist in between our mind, heart, and body.
But unfortunately, we neglect, that outside of success, wealth, and relationships, we are all a bunch of different expressive energies roaming this Earth.
So many of us spend our lives forgetting to recharge our souls.
Just like we require food, shelter, and water, we require creativity. Because through this creativity, we find the inspiration and beauty within ourselves. It’s in those little moments of expression, that we truly find out how wonderfully unique WE are.
Do yourself and the Universe a favor today.
Share a part of your unique existence. Set your soul on fire for a few moments in something that makes you forget time and space. Leave an imprint on your day or week with something only you could have created.
Because think about how boring life would be without those little moments?
